Edison Creators is a free initiative designed to allow any Unreal content creator to design Edison-ready scenes and assets with full compatibility to Unreal Engine. Remember, Brainstorm wants no royalties on the sale of assets created for Edison and placed in the Unreal Marketplace or otherwise. Your content is your property, so you keep the money! Brainstorm just wants beautiful content, scenes and objects made available for Edison!

Here’s how it works:

You have signed in and agreed with the Edison Creators Terms and Conditions, so you are ready to go. Brainstorm wants to help creators by giving them the tools and support to create Unreal scenes, objects and any assets they may think of, and make them Edison-ready:

What we want from you

  • To start with, you will produce two scenes for free download at our Edison Free Downloads page. These can be pre-existing material, repurposed.
  • Create at least one Edison-compatible asset per quarter for the Unreal Marketplace.
  • Label the Edison-ready assets in the Marketplace, using the design that can be downloaded from here.
  • Attend a free Edison Online Training session.
  • Notify Brainstorm via email to creators@brainstorm3d.com when a new Edison-ready content is available. You are also encouraged to post in the Users Forum the availability of new content and promote it at any time.

Support provided

  • Creators will receive a free-of-charge Edison software renewable licenses, subject to complying with the Terms and Conditions (T&C).
  • Creators have permission to use the software for commercial projects.
  • Brainstorm provides a free Edison Online Training Session with a Brainstorm expert
  • Creators will be listed as Official Content Creator on Brainstorm webpage
  • Creators will have full access to Brainstorm Users Blog and Forum.
  • Creators will also have a dedicated email for contacting Brainstorm regarding this program and the content produced.

Useful links and assets

Download free assets to start working with Edison right away! The Edison Collections complete your Edison PRO with dozens of useful, ready-to-use assets, from scenes, backgrounds, project templates to slides and pointers, that will help you starting with Edison and create amazing presentations since day one.

Choose the Edison Collection /Basic to have a quick start on Edison PRO, or go for any other collections and more complex and eye-catching asset like scenes, complete projects or any individual asset you may need. Just select the asset you want to use and click on its image to download it.

Free PPT plugin

Plugin to export a PowerPoint presentation directly to Edison, provided you already have Microsoft PowerPoint installed in your computer.

Ghostscript

Free software that allows you to directly drag PDF documents to Edison and add each of their pages as a slide in your presentation.

OBS Studio

OBS is a free software that allows you to quickly upload your Edison presentation to streaming platforms, or record it to disk as a video file.

NDI Webcam Input

NDI Webcam Input converts any available Edison PRO NDI output in a video input for other applications that support a webcam.

Stream Deck

Adds support for Stream Deck panels, so actions can be mapped and triggered by a Stream Deck panel to control Edison commands.
